Hi Scrappers!

This newsletter is coming to you a little early! Halloween is just a few days away and I hope you have fun tricking and treating! Then it is just a few more weeks till Thanksgiving. And then Christmas and Hanukkah are just around the corner - yikes! With the economy being what it is, I thought I would offer some classes to make some holiday gifts. The classes are listed below - check them out!
Kris' Krops
Take some time for yourself and get some scrapbooking done too! Come to a Kris' Krop! You will have access to all my scrapbooking tools which includes a Sizzix and a QuicKutz with several alphabets each. I also have a Xyron, punches, stamps, and more. Munchies and beverages will be served. We will also be doing a make and take and there will be a door prize at the end of the evening! There is a $5 charge for a full night of scrapbooking. Come and check out my new products to help make your scrapping fun and easy!
Bring a newcomer (someone who has never come before) to one of my Kris' Krops and you both scrapbook for FREE!

Family/Grandparent Board Class

Date: Sunday November 9th
Time: 2pm till 4pm
Cost: $30
RSVP: Wednesday Oct. 29th by e-mailing me at kriskreations@gmail.com

In this class, you will make a board that measures 12" by 24" and will fit two 4" by 6" pictures. You can choose either the "family" theme or the "grandparent" theme. These would make great Christmas presents! Yes - you can make more than one at the class.

Holiday Gift Craft Class

Date: Friday November 14th
Time: 8pm till 10pm
Cost: $30

In this class you will make 5 items suitable for gift giving! We will make an embossed candle, votive candleholder, patchwork ball ornament, message board, and dip mix. Not only that - but I will review some other ideas. This will be a fun and economical way to get some gifts crossed off your list!

Countdown to Christmas Calendar Class

Date: Sunday November 23rd
Time: 2pm till 5pm
Cost: $30

This is a cute calendar which will help you and your family countdown the days till Christmas. It is actually made from a cookie sheet and the dates have magnets on the back to keep than on the calendar. This has been a popular class in the past so hurry and sign up!

Another Fun Website!
This is a fun website where you can get all kinds of great hints on how to look great in pictures! Let's face it - how many of you (especially us moms) don't have many pictures of ourselves in our scrapbooks because we think we look awful in the pictures others take of us?! Carson Kressley has gotten together with Nikon and made some mini videos on how to make yourself look better in pictures. What a great website: http://www.lookgoodinpictures.com/
