Kris' Krop this Friday Night!

Hi Everyone!
I hope you all had a great weekend! Dust off your scrapbooking supplies and come join me for a fun night of scrapbooking this Friday (the 7th). I have decided to make it a PJ crop so wear your cutest (and most comfortable) jammies to scrapbook the night away! For only $5 you can use all my tools, do a make & take, munch on some snacks, and enjoy some great comapny! You may even win a door prize! The store will be open with some stuff too!
Our make and take for this evening will be a cute Spring layout - perfect for those Easter or Spring pictures! Also remember that if you bring a newcomer - then you both scrap for FREE! And if you have never come before - don't feel you have to have someone bring you - you can come along and scrap for FREE!

Kreations with Kris March Scrapbooking Newsletter Happy Spring! It is so nice to see the sun and enjoy the warmer weather after the rain last week. Now to get ready for the allergies!Actually it is nice to have some rain this year. It is so green on the hills - it looks beautiful.Wow - Easter is early this year! Guess I will have to decorate for both St. Patrick's and Easter together. Some shamrocks with those Easter eggs will look just fine! To sign up e-mail her at gingbugg@cs.com Scrapbooking on a Budget Here are some more hints on scrapbooking on a budget - - Look for coordinated kits - these have products that have all work together. you will spend less time running around looking for matching paper, stickers and embellishments. Not only will you save time but you will save gas. - Look for double sided paper especially pattern paper with a coordinated solid on the back. This will also save you time and gas running around looking for a matching cardstock. - Share a magazine subscription with a friend. One of you subscribe ot one magazine and the other to another. Then when you are done reading your magazine - swap with your friend. Not only will you save money but you will also help save some trees! - This is one I learned from Ginger - gut your paper! if you have a large piece of cardstock that will be covered by another paper (only leaving a border showing). What you can do is cut the inside (or gut the inside) so you only have a 1inch frame of the cardstock to mount behind your top paper. This way you can use the gutted part for other parts of the layout such as photo mats. - And one last way to save money - bring a newcomer to one of my crops and you both scrapbook for FREE!
